Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.
4 Account Registration and Security
4.1 Password Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for all activity conducted through your Account. dewa777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
4.2 Sharing Prohibition
Sharing your Account credentials with any other person, or allowing any other person to use your Account, is prohibited. dewa777 is not able to determine who is operating an Account at any given time and will hold the registered Account holder responsible for all instructions and transactions.
4.3 Suspicious Activity
You must contact dewa777 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. dewa777 may suspend an Account pending investigation where unusual or suspicious activity is detected.
4.4 Account Closure Request
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time through the available support channel. Pending wagers placed before the closure request was received will normally be settled in the usual manner. Outstanding verified withdrawal requests will be processed subject to applicable checks.
5 Deposits and Funding
5.1 Accepted Methods
dewa777 may accept deposits through supported payment methods, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, as well as selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Tether (USDT). Availability of specific methods may vary by account, region or time and is shown in the live cashier.
5.2 Own-Funds Requirement
All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your legal name. dewa777 does not accept third-party deposits. If funds are traced to an account that does not belong to the registered Account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
5.3 Minimum Deposits

5.4 Cryptocurrency Deposits
Where cryptocurrency deposits are available, you must select the correct network for the coin being transferred. dewa777 cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect network or address. Blockchain confirmation times and associated network fees are the sole responsibility of the depositing user.

6 Withdrawals and Payouts
6.1 Verification Requirement
dewa777 may require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. This may include submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period will delay or suspend the withdrawal process.
6.2 Wagering Conditions
Withdrawal of funds derived from a Bonus requires satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting stated wagering conditions will result in the automatic removal of Bonus Funds from the balance.
6.3 Processing Times

6.4 Method Matching

7 Bonuses and Promotions
7.1 Offer Terms Precedence
Each dewa777 promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which form part of these Terms by reference. In all cases, users should read the applicable promotion terms before claiming any offer. Where a promotion term conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific promotion term will normally take precedence for that offer only.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements represent the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before a cash-out is eligible. A rollover of X10 on a MYR 100 bonus requires MYR 1,000 in qualifying wagers. A rollover of X20 on a MYR 200 bonus requires MYR 4,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is reached. Minimum stake, maximum bet per wager during a bonus, eligible games and game contribution rates will be stated per offer.
7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus
A maximum bet cap applies while Bonus Funds are active. Unless the applicable offer states otherwise, placing a single wager exceeding the stated cap — which is typically in the range of MYR 250 to MYR 500 — while Bonus Funds remain on the account constitutes a breach of the promotion terms and may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
7.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonus Funds that remain unconverted at the end of the applicable offer window — which is typically 7, 14 or 30 days from the date of activation as stated in the offer — will be automatically removed from the Account. Wagering progress against unexpired Bonus Funds will also be forfeited if the window closes before completion.
7.5 Bonus Abuse
dewa777 reserves the right to refuse, void or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, including but not limited to collusion, duplicate account exploitation, bet hedging, or participation in a pattern of wagering that does not represent genuine engagement with the Platform. This determination will be made at dewa777's sole discretion.
8 Betting and Gaming Rules
8.1 Market Settlement
Sports markets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to each sport and market type as published or referenced within the Platform. Official results from governing bodies will normally be used. dewa777 reserves the right to void, suspend or delay settlement of any market where a clear error, technical fault or insufficient information exists.
8.2 Obvious Errors in Odds
Where a price or line is published as the result of a manifest error — including but not limited to an inverted line, incorrect decimal placing or severe system fault — dewa777 reserves the right to void any wager placed at that price, regardless of settlement status. Winnings derived from obvious errors will not be paid.
8.3 Mix Parlay and Accumulator Rules
Combination bets such as Mix Parlay are subject to individual leg rules and specific parlay settlement conditions. If one leg is voided, the parlay will normally recalculate based on the remaining legs. Specific rules are stated at the point of bet placement.
8.4 Casino Game RTP
Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for casino games are determined by the applicable game provider and reflect expected long-run statistical returns. RTP does not guarantee a specific outcome for any individual session or wager.
9 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dewa777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
9.1 Fraudulent Activity
Providing false or misleading personal information, impersonating another individual, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or submitting forged KYC documents.
9.2 Money Laundering
Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from illegal sources, or to layer or integrate proceeds of crime. dewa777 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions as required.
9.3 Technical Exploitation
Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, data scraping software or other unauthorised means to access, extract data from or interact with the Platform in a way not expressly permitted for registered users.
9.4 Collusion and Match Manipulation
Co-ordinating with other users or third parties to exploit promotions, manipulate market outcomes or artificially influence game results. This includes match-fixing, chip-dumping in poker-style games and any other form of coordinated play designed to circumvent fair gaming conditions.
Zero tolerance: Any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. All funds, including deposited amounts, pending winnings and active bonuses, may be withheld pending a full investigation.
10 Suspension and Termination
10.1 dewa777's Right to Suspend
dewa777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
10.2 Effect of Closure
Upon Account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance — after deduction of Bonus Funds and balances under investigation — will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method where legally and technically permissible. dewa777 reserves the right to withhold funds pending the completion of any applicable investigation.
10.3 User-Initiated Closure
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time. Users requesting closure under a self-exclusion arrangement should review the provisions in the Responsible Gambling Policy and contact support through the stated channel.
11 Limitation of Liability
11.1 Platform Availability
